Mark Daniels (Drums) - Mark’s musical endeavors started in 5th grade taking private drum lessons at a music store weekly. He then continued playing in his junior and senior high school band programs in Pottstown. During his college years at West Chester State College, he was a member of the renown “Golden Ram Marching Band” and was influenced by local drum and bugle corps. He eventually was hired by several high school competitive marching band programs as an arranger and instructor for their drum lines.

Mark is a veteran performer in southeast Pa., having played in numerous bands in various genres. More recently, he was the drummer for a classic rock band that was the WMGK 2014-’15 House Band Champions and had the honor of opening for The Doobie Brothers and The Steve Miller Band. He sat behind the kit for an 8-piece dance-party horn band based in the Pottstown area and also was the percussionist for a Billy Joel Tribute Act which performed in the tri-state area. His influences include Buddy Rich, Danny Seraphine, David Garibaldi, and Steve Gadd.

He is currently the drummer on Sunday mornings for a contemporary worship team at River of Life Church in Doylestown, Pa.

A retired school teacher of 32 years, he is still an active certified tennis instructor and the Tennis Coach at Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pa. Mark resides in Horsham, Pa. with his wife and their three Bernese Mountain dogs. He is very excited about this opportunity to play the music of the band Chicago with such highly talented musicians.
